Official WireGuard App on Firestick

Introduction

You can run the official WireGuard Android app on a Firestick instead of (or as well as) the VPN Safe TV app. Import a Client Area config or QR, then Activate. This is the same method as the older article that used a WireGuard APK; use a VPN Safe config, not a third-party one.

WireGuard APK (if the Play Store is not on the Stick): follow the existing Firestick WireGuard article or sideload WireGuard, then import from the Client Area.

Import and connect

1. Install WireGuard on the Stick (sideload or from an app store you use).
2. On a phone or laptop, open the Client Area WireGuard page for one city so the QR code is visible.
3. In WireGuard on the Stick, Add a tunnel > Scan from QR code (or import a .conf you copied onto the Stick).
4. Allow the Android VPN permission.
5. Select the tunnel (name like acc465234913-London-1-10GB) and Activate.

The official WireGuard app has no in-app server list, kill switch chip, or protocol picker. To change city, import another config. For kill switch, ads filter, Stealth Mode, and a remote, use the VPN Safe TV app instead.

Do not Activate the same config on the Stick and a phone at the same time.
