Client Area Checklist: From Login to Connected

Introduction

Use this if you just paid (or started a trial) and want the shortest path to a working tunnel.

1. Log in at secure.vpnsafe.net/login.php with your email.
2. Open the service — My Services > Premium VPN or 24 Hour Free Trial. Status should be Active.
3. Copy VPN username and password from Your VPN Account Details (left column). These are what the apps want.
4. Pick a client:
   • PC — Windows Desktop card > windows.exe > log in > connect.
   • Phone — Android Mobile card > android.apk, or official WireGuard + QR.
   • Firestick — Android TV / Firestick card, Downloader 9802820.
   • iPhone / Mac / Linux / router — WireGuard Configuration > city > Download Config or Download All (ZIP), then import.
   • OpenVPN Connect — OpenVPN Config Downloads > UDP zip or one city, then import and enter the same username/password.
5. Confirm at vpnsafe.net/whats-my-ip.

Need a different city later: you do not re-order. Open the same product page, pick another WireGuard city or another OpenVPN file. Need a new password: Reset Password on that page, then update the apps.
